Online bill pay is now live!

Full steam ahead!
Online bill pay is now live for the City of Lockwood! Whenever you are on the homepage, click on the "Pay My Bill" link at the top right and it will take you to our payment portal. Once there, you will need your account number to register for online bill pay. Your account number is located on the top left corner of your bill, or you can call or email us at City Hall and we can give it to you. Once you've registered, you will be able to see your past 3 months worth of bills, any messages from the city, and a handy link to make payments online. You can pay either by E-check, credit card, or debit card, 24-7 and the payment will be automatically applied to your account. Give us a call or stop by if you have questions and please help us get the word out!

PUBLIC NOTICE In compliance with RSMo Sec. 115.127 (5), (2000) notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the City of Lockwood, Dade County, Missouri, that the annual election of Council Members of the City of Lockwood, Missouri, shall be held on the 4th day of April, 2023, in conformity with RSMo Sec. 77.040, (2000). At said election, there shall be elected Councilmembers: 1 Alderman-2 year term-Currently held by Marsha Allen 1 Alderman-2 year Term-Currently held by Andrea Harmon Mayor: The office of Mayor is a (2) year term from the City and is currently held by Kenneth Snider Councilmember Qualifications: • 18 Years of age prior to taking office • Citizen of the United States • Resident of Lockwood for one year preceding his/her election • Registered Voter in Dade County Mayoral Qualifications: • 25 Years of age prior to taking office • Citizen of the United States • Resident of Lockwood for one year preceding his/her election • Registered Voter in Dade County Filing for these positions will be taken beginning at 8:00 A.M. on December 6th, 2022 and will be closed at 5:00 P.M. on December 27th, 2022. Declarations of candidacy must be made in the Office of the City Clerk, Lockwood City Hall, 400 Main Street, during the City's Regular Business Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The Office of the City Clerk will not be open on Saturdays and Sundays or those days designated a holiday by the City of Lockwood. All candidates must comply with the applicable provisions of the Missouri Conflict of Interest and Campaign Finance Laws. All qualified candidates are hereby notified of the statutory requirement to provide to the City Clerk, at the time of filing, proof of identity such as social security card, Missouri driver's license, or must be recognizable to the City Clerk. Persons who, after filing their names as candidates, wish to withdraw as such candidate, must file their notice of withdrawal with the City Clerk in the City Clerk's office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 27th, 2022.
